The Cope Triathlon is coming soon, and there are only few places left for this year Triathlon.
COPE always has been one of my favourite charities. They provides services to those isolated in our community - including sustenance and social supports for older people, a refuge for women and children affected by domestic violence and accommodation for men and women experiencing homelessness.
