‘What’s great about a Triathlon is the fact that it can be a team or an individual sport which means that it’s open for even the occasional jogger, swimmer or cyclist to take part. The 3rd annual COPE Galway Triathlon will take place on Sunday 12th June at 9am in Salthill and this year the emphasis is on encouraging teams to take part,’ explains Fintan Maher of COPE Galway.
